1. Products & Pricing

  • We sell brand-new and pre-owned mobile phones, accessories, tablets, and smartwatches.

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.

  • We make every effort to display products and prices accurately; in case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

2. Pre-Owned Phones

  • Every pre-owned phone is tested for functionality and graded according to its cosmetic condition (e.g., Like New, Excellent, Good). The grade is clearly mentioned on the product page.

  • Pre-owned phones may show minor signs of use consistent with their grade.

  • Battery health and any known imperfections are disclosed in the listing. Please read the product description before ordering.

3. Warranty

  • All phones (new and pre-owned) carry a 7-day check warranty from the date of delivery.

  • The warranty covers functional defects (e.g., charging, display, camera, network issues) and does not cover physical or liquid damage, software issues caused by unofficial modifications, or damage caused by misuse.

  • Accessories (covers, chargers, cables, earbuds) carry no warranty unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders & Delivery

  • Orders are confirmed by phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • We deliver nationwide via trusted courier services. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. Prepaid options (JazzCash/EasyPaisa) may be available on request.

5. Returns & Claims

  • Claims under warranty must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • If a valid defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the device at our discretion.

  • Items must be returned with all original accessories and packaging.

  • Change of mind after delivery does not qualify for a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability
